Cancellation Policy
Default Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Applies to: Life & Health Insurance, Financial Education Workshop, and Financial Planning services. Booking • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly. • Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text. • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule. Cancellation & Rescheduling • To cancel or reschedule a 1:1 Life & Health Insurance or Financial Planning session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. • To cancel or reschedule a Financial Education Workshop registration, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations or reschedule requests made after these timeframes, as well as no-shows, may result in a missed-appointment fee or forfeiture of any paid deposit. • To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly at [your phone/email]. • We understand that emergencies happen; please reach out as soon as possible so we can work with you. Waitlist • If a time slot is full, you may join the waitlist. • When a spot opens, we will contact waitlisted clients in order of request via email or text. • You will have a limited window (typically 4–6 hours) to confirm. If we do not hear from you within that time, the opening may be offered to the next person on the waitlist. All appointment times are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET) unless otherwise noted.
